Sharing Access Instructions

Help us get access to your stuff

To effectively manage your digital presence, Campfire Digital will need to access your accounts. Please use the below directions to add access for all necessary properties.

Google

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics.
  2. Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
    In the Account column, click Account Access Management.
  3. In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users.
  4. Enter our Google Account email address: [email protected].
  5. Select Notify new users by email to send a notification to us.
  6. Select the Administrator permission level. Learn more about permissions.
  7. Click Add.
If you have Google Business Profile set up, please add “[email protected]” as an admin. Instructions are here.
If you have Google Tag Manager set up, please add “[email protected]” as an admin. Here are instructions.

Send us your Google Ads account number

To do so, sign in to your Google Ads account. Click the help icon in the top right corner. Find “Customer ID” at the bottom of the menu. Once we receive your account number, we can request access to your account. Here is how you will accept once you receive the request: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7459601?hl=en

Accept a pending link request

Users with administrative access to the invited account, or access to a linked manager account that has administrative ownership of that account, can accept your invitation. You can find, accept, or decline linking invitations using the following steps:
  1. Sign in to your Google Ads manager account.
  2. Click the Tools & settings icon Google Ads | tools [Icon], then under “Setup”, click Access and security.
  3. Select the Managers tab. Under “Link request”, you’ll find a list of manager accounts that have requested to link to your account.
  4. Under “Actions”, click Accept.
Note: You can also accept a pending link request by clicking Accept request in the email invitation mentioned in the section above.

Please add “[email protected]” as a “Delegated Owner”. Here are instructions.

Website

  1. Login to your website (The login page can usually be found here: yourdomain.com/wp-admin)
  2. Go to Users -> Add New
  3. Add a new user with the below information:
    • Username: campfire
    • Email: [email protected]
    • Password: click [Generate password] Role: Administrator
    • Send user notification: [checked]

Follow the directions at the following link and use the info below to delegate access to our account.

  1. Sign-in to your WPEngine Account: https://identity.wpengine.com/
  2. Click on Users -> Account Users in the left navigation
  3. Click the Invite account user button and enter the below information:
    • First Name: Campfire
    • Last Name: Digital
    • Email: [email protected]
    • Role: Full (no billing)
  4. Click the Invite User button

LinkedIn

Please provide us with your LinkedIn Business Manager ID number on our Client Onboarding Questionnaire, and we will send a partner request via Business Manager.

Follow the steps below to grant our administrative account (Joe Smo) Admin access to your new page.

  • Go to your LinkedIn Company Page
  • Click Admin Tools on the right side
  • Click Manage Admins in the drop-down menu
  • Click +Add Admin
  • Type in Joe Smo or provide link to his profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/joesmo/
  • Select Super Admin and save

How to grant access to Campfire Digital for your LinkedIn Ads Account

  1. Log in to LinkedIn Campaign Manager and click on your company’s ad account
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right of the screen. In the dropdown menu, select Manage Access
  3. Click Edit
  4. Click Add User to Account +
  5. Type in Joe Smo (https://www.linkedin.com/in/joesmo/)
  6. Grant at least Campaign Manager status
  7. Save and exit

Repeat this process for any additional LinkedIn ad accounts you’ll need us to help manage.

This should give us access to edit the page and ads account, without needing to send us your personal LinkedIn account login credentials.

Please add Joe Smo ([email protected]) as an Account Manager in Linkedin Campaign Manager. Here are instructions.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

  • Login in to Meta Business Manager
  • Go to Business Settings
  • Go to Partners
  • Click Add > Give a Partner Access to Your Assets
  • Provide Campfire’s Business Manager ID (provided on your Client Onboarding Document)
  • Once added, click on Campfire Digital in your list of partners and then click Share Assets
  • Click Page and Select Partial Access
  • Click Ad Account and select all options under partial access
  • Click Pixels and select Full Control
  • Click Instagram Account and select all options under partial access
  • Save Changes
Please provide a link to your Facebook Page (email [email protected]), and we will request access through our Facebook Business Manager account.

Look for the invitation tot show up in your Facebook notifications and/or via an email notification.

Please provide your Meta ads account number (email [email protected]) and we will request access through our Facebook Business Manager account.

Email Marketing

Follow the below instructions to add Campfire Digital as a user on your account:

Please log in to your Mail Chimp account and add a user for Campfire Digital using this email address:

If your account level doesn’t allow adding more users, please provide your username and password on your Client Onboarding Document.

X (formerly Twitter)

Please add @campfiredigital as at least a contributor to the X account using the below instructions:

In some cases may be easiest to provide your username and password, and we can add team access to the account. If you provide these credentials, please add them to your Client Onboarding Document.
